Introducers & business partners

Welcome to our page dedicated to Introducers and Business Partners.

By now, you’ll have gained a pretty good idea of how we do business, and the value we place on treating clients and their creditors fairly, but let’s bring all of this together to summarise our company values:

  • There is no such thing as an agreement that suits only one party! Both clients and creditors alike have to feel that any proposal delivers what they want/need from the arrangement.

Similarly this applies in the way we do business with our Business Partners.
  • We stand by our word with the client and the creditor; if we say we will do something, it will be done. We believe this is the only way to treat people – after all, that’s how we want to be treated.

Once we have agreed arrangements with our Business Partners, we stick by these! We know there are many examples in this industry where business introducers have experienced ‘delays’ in the payment of commissions, ‘lost’ cheques in the post, or indeed, sudden disadvantageous changes to business terms imposed without agreement. Not so with us; you will be paid the due amount as agreed, on time, every time.
  • Creditors need the confidence to know that they will receive the expected funds from us at the due time and on a regular, ongoing basis. That’s exactly what they get from us, and if the client has failed to pay us, the creditor is advised accordingly.

Just so with our Business Partners – we agree a payment date and frequency of payment, and you can look forward to receipt of funds as expected. It is important to our Business Partners that they are kept informed of progress with cases they bring to us, so that they can plan their cashflows and ensure that their client is supported where appropriate. Our reporting process ensures full details at all times.
  • Our reputation and credibility are important to us – indeed these are integral to our relationships with our clients and their creditors – and we will do nothing that puts these principles at risk.

Business Partners should not be placed in a difficult position, jeopardising their reputations through the actions of others, and you can be assured that your business credibility is safe with us. We want you to grow your business as we grow, and for this to happen, your client needs to feel that you helped them through bringing them to us, so that they come back to you in the future for more services.
  • All of our staff are highly trained in every aspect of serving our clients to address their finances. Every team member is able to deal with any problems put to them, thereby keeping the ‘client journey’ short, and personal.

As a Business Partner you are an important part of our team, and you will be able to draw upon a wealth of training material in order to upskill your staff where appropriate.
  • We recognise that in this world, there is no such thing as ‘something for nothing’!

As a Business Partner, you will benefit from highly competitive commission payments which recognise the work you will have carried out in bringing a client to us.

Through working closely with National Money, we aim to ensure that:

  • You enhance your credibility and business image through demonstrating great customer service.
  • You increase the chances that your clients will ‘shop’ again with you.
  • You know exactly where you stand regarding commissions, case progress and activity, giving you a clear picture of fee income flows.
  • You have confidence in the service we provide and security that we can be trusted with your clients.
